Handcrafted & Made-to-Order Products

Najaranu products are 100% handcrafted, and many pieces are created specifically after an order is placed.

For this reason:

• Minor variations in color, texture, size, or finish are natural and not considered defects
  
• Such variations reflect authenticity and craftsmanship
  
• These differences are not eligible for refund or exchange
  

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

• The product arrives damaged
  
• The wrong item is delivered
  
• The product has a manufacturing defect (excluding natural handcrafted variations)
  

To be eligible:

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  
• The product must be unused and in original packaging
  
• Clear images or videos must be provided for verification
  

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Custom or personalized orders
  
• Wedding, corporate, or bulk gifting orders
  
• Items purchased during sale or promotional events
  
• Products showing signs of use, damage, or mishandling
  

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  
• Processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
  

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  
• Share unboxing images or videos to help us resolve the issue promptly
  

Najaranu reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving refunds or replacements.

Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled before production begins
  
• Once crafting has started, cancellations are not permitted
  
• Advance payments for custom orders are non-refundable
