Returns for Customised Artworks
Since each artwork is carefully crafted just for you, returns would not be possible. However, we want to ensure you absolutely love your piece!

- Request additional images: Before we ship your artwork, we’re happy to send you additional photos for your review.
- Revisions based on your feedback: We value your input! If there’s anything you’d like adjusted, our artists can revise the artwork based on your feedback until you’re completely satisfied.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Broken Glass Replacement
If your glass arrives broken, Don’t worry, we’ll replace it for free as soon as possible.
